Language:

Religious Exclamations - 1 Crap - 1 Hell - 2

A*s is written on a door. It did say class, but the ‘c’ was erased. One character sounds like she mumbles a religious exclamation under her breath. Dang and Heck are each used once.

Stuff to be aware of:

Let's get one thing straight, my dear Ahmal. I am not, nor have I ever been, a Las Vegas showgirl. I am a headliner!”

Sexual Things - A teacher talks about promiscuity and a on the board is written “sexual education.” A student tells a nun that she can’t teach about sex. The nun responds, “You don't have to bite the donut to know it's sweet.” One character mentions in response to teaching the students soccer, “we don’t have the balls for that.” Sex Ed is mentioned again briefly. One student asks if she can wear something tighter. One character mentions how some people paint their faces to show fertility. Showgirls are mentioned in passing, but not in a sexual way.

Other things - Some students tell your momma jokes, nothing dirty. Some students make reference to a kid having something brown on his nose saying he is a brown noser. One teacher asks, “they wouldn’t bring drugs in here would they?” One character makes a joke about another drinking some sacramental wine.

Overall:

The sequel is more family friendly than the original, but the story is really the same as the first movie except with students and no mafia/witness protection. The story element to get Dolores back with the nuns is a bit weak, but Whoopi and the music help turn the sequel into a classic. The comedy and the singing likely helped pave the way for other classic musical comedies.
