Stuff to be aware of:
Scariness - The velociraptors, raptors, and dilophosaurus all hunt, kill, and eat people. A car falls off a ledge and almost kills some characters and then it almost crushes them falling out of a tree. An electric fence is turned back on while people are climbing over it. The current throws a boy off, CPR is administered and the boy is okay.
Violence - A man gets eaten in the first five minutes of the movie. You cannot see the dino, but he gets lifted up and sucked into a cage. No blood is seen on this one. A cow is fed to raptors, you only hear noises and see bushes shaking. A bloody goat leg lands on a the sunroof of a car. T-rex eats a man off the toilet and slings him around. A man gets spit on, attacked, and killed by a dilophosaurus (the one that spits) in a car. T-rex catches a dinosaur and pulls part of it apart. A raptor jumps and I guy and kills him, but the scene happens so quickly not much is seen. T-rex kills a raptor.
Other things - Wine is drank in an early scene. One character mentions, “man destroys God.” There is a photo of a woman in a bikini on a computer screen. Evolution and the earth being millions of years old is mentioned multiple times. A man’s detached and bloody arm falls on a woman’s shoulder.
Overall: “Life finds a way.”

I saw this movie in theaters when I was ten. It is still just as great now, as it was then. Likely, you all ready have your own feelings about this classic movie.
